Because U.S. immigration law is Federal in nature, that means it generally does not matter what state an attorney is licensed to practice in. Though our immigration attorneys are licensed in the State of California, it is very easy for us to represent clients in other cities, states and countries all throughout the world. Almost everything we do can easily be accomplished though telephone, Skype video, email and mail correspondence. Although we love to greet our clients at our offices in person, we frequently represent clients remotely before USCIS service centers around the United States and at U.S. consulates and embassies throughout the world.
