Asylum Appeal Attorney
If you applied for asylum in front of an Immigration Judge and you believe your case was improperly denied, you can file an asylum appeal the Immigration Judge’s decision with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). The BIA is the highest administrative body that deals solely with immigration matters. Note that any matters related to credibility of the asylum applicant will not be considered by the BIA. Applicants whose asylum applications were not submitted in front of an Immigration Judge may appeal their decisions by submitting a motion to the USCIS Asylum Office.
