Bobby Bell
 Bobby Glenn Bell, Jr. is primarily responsible for the Firm's representation of clients in deportation and removal proceedings and certain criminal matters, with a special concentration on criminal defense of non-citizens. Mr. Bell is also experienced in Immigration and Criminal Appeals and has represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the 9th Circuit, the 1st District Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Epstein, Surowitz & Bell, Bobby Bell worked as a sole practitioner, representing clients in deportation and criminal proceedings, with a concentration on representing non-citizens. Mr. Bell also previously served as a Deputy Public Defender in Madera County, California, where he acted as the lead/principal attorney on all criminal cases before the Presiding Judge in the Superior Court, representing clients with matters ranging from DUI and drug possession/distribution to attempted murder. Mr. Bell has also previously worked with Marsh & Perna, a boutique immigration firm in Oakland, California, and interned with Satyapon & Partners in Bangkok, Thailand.
Mr. Bell received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. While earning that degree, he was student editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues, Volume 12, Issue I, and contributed several articles to that publication. Mr. Bell is a member of the State Bar of California, the Contra Costa County Bar Association Conflicts Panel, the First District Appellate Project and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
